Covid- 19 Safety Plan
Tiny Tent Soirées is located in Innisfil, Ontario. If you have a Sleepover booked with us during a Lockdown/ Stay At Home Order period, we will contact you to either re-book, cancel or adjust your Soirée booking.
Cleaning
My business is family run and we run out of our home. Sleepover Soirée gear is neatly stored in a separate room in our home. We are currently running a PureZone Air Purifier 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! The HEPA Filter captures, dust, pollen, smoke and odours. The UV-C Light destroys microorganisms such as germs and viruses. Keeping our Soirée Kits clean and sanitized is our top priority.
After every Sleepover Soirée, all bed linen, cushion covers and blankets are promptly washed with Tide Zero Laundry Detergent. Foam mattresses are steam cleaned and spot treated.
All plastic and wood Tent Kit items are washed with hot soapy water and wiped down with Lysol.
Set Up and Tear Down Safety
On March 21, 2021, Ontario's mask mandate ended. We kindly ask that we all continue to follow the current social distancing guidelines during set up and tear down.
Contactless Delivery and DIY Set Up
Our Sleepover Soirée Kits are carefully packed in sanitized rubber bins and polyester linen bags. We will bring your Sleepover Soiree Kits to your front door, knock on the door and step away from the door. The Soirée host must be home to accept the delivery. The Kits must be brought inside promptly.
Please neatly and carefully pack the Sleepover Soirée gear back into the rubber bins and polyester linen bags after your event. Place these items outside your front door 10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time. If it is raining or snowing, please leave the gear inside your home until we arrive.
Screening for Covid-19
What is expected of us:
We are a family run business. There are 4 of us! Daily, we screen ourselves for symptoms of Covid-19 using current Ontario Ministry of Health guidelines.
Should one of us test positive for Covid-19 we will CLOSE Tiny Tent Soirées until we all produce negative Covid-19 test results. If you have a Sleepover booked with us when we are closed, you will be contacted to re-book or cancel your Sleepover.
What we expect of Soirée hosts and participants:
If a Sleepover Soirée host or participant is positive for Covid-19 please contact us immediately to re-book or cancel the Sleepover Soirée.
We will review our Covid-19 Safety Plan weekly and make amendments to it according to any changes that the Ministry of Health suggests.
